1. Returns

You have the right to return items purchased from our online store within 14 calendar days from the day you received your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • It must have all original tags attached.
  • You must provide a proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Important: Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@mapless.store within 14 days of receiving your item, indicating your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our confirmation and further return instructions.
  3. Package your item securely and send it to the address we provide.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defect).

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

5. EU Consumer Rights

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers in Lithuania and across the EU are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period for most online purchases. This policy fully complies with those rights.
