4. ORDER PROCESS

  1. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email confirms we received your order - not that it is accepted.
  2. Orders are accepted once payment is received in full.
  3. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, etc.).

7. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

7.1 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

7.2 CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

  1. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
  2. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.

8. CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Care instructions are included with each product and must be followed. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing or handling.
